I volunteer at the George Mark Children's House in San Leandro CA (http://www.georgemark.org/) The House is a respite and end-of-life care facility specifically for children. The House, like many non-profits, are facing uncertainty during these difficult economic times and possible closure. Fundraising activities are happening to hopefully help the House make it through this time of uncertainty.
This week I have been giving some thought to creating a TFZ Quakes supporter scarf and then selling them - with all proceeds going to GMCH. Here is my current prototype design:
Any thoughts from any of you Quakes fans out there? Would you buy one to support GMCH?

Rick - make them and they will buy them... somehow add 'in support of George Marks Hospital'
somehow you and i can sell them outside the stadium at san jose or oakland at the bart pass!!
